Child’s Pose: Relaxing and Restoring Parasympathetic Response, Cooling, Stilling, Grounding, Closing.
Moving into the child’s pose:
1. From Cat Stretch, sit back onto your heels and lay your chest on your legs placing your head on the floor.
2. Put your arms and hands on the floor with your palms facing up. Be comfortable. Relax.
Completing the pose – slowly unroll your spine and come up to sitting on your heels with your spine straight.
Note: If there’s any uncomfortableness, place folded blankets on your thighs and rest your chest on them. Support your forehead with another blanket.
